On our way back to missoula from a camping trip, we made a stop here. of course. i was quite excited to step into a real american saloon. and i really like the furniture and heaters of this era. i'm not an ikea person.

back in..

{L}ast time we were in this part of the world, it was california in 2010. it was all about stanford, diners, grease and hollywood. this time it was all about a road trip from washington to montana, a wedding and twin peaks. and maybe i bought a few too many lipsticks at walmart. but i love lipstick. for a book to read on this trip, i picked the vampire Lestat. he is a rockstar in america in the 80's. i thought that was suiting. summer in sweden has mostly been rain. and some more rain. so i was looking forward to a bit of sun. here follows a few posts from these past two weeks, now that i'm back in sweden and have a computer. i love the northwest!

this summer has almost been raining away, so today, when friends are visiting from the south, we seized the sunny day and went to the beach. i could need a little work on my tan, but what's the point when it's raining most of the time. so no tan for me this summer.
